This 3-hour course will introduce participants to conflict resolution in the workplace and the need to address conflict in order to maintain productivity, increase retention rates and improve morale. The presenters will discuss recognizing sources of conflict, using the Collaborative Management Method, Applying the A-E-I-O-U Communication Model, Assuming the Role of a Mediator and Developing Active Communication Skills.
